Exterior Painting in Parker and the south metro
Stucco, siding, trim and decks — built for Colorado sun, hail and 60-degree temperature swings.
Colorado exteriors fail from UV and thermal cycling before they fail from age. We pressure wash, scrape and sand failing paint, prime bare wood and stucco patches, caulk gaps, then apply two coats of an exterior-grade paint rated for high-altitude UV. Most homes take three to six days; we work around weather and never paint below 50°F.
What's included
- Pressure wash and full scrape
- Stucco crack repair and wood rot replacement (small sections)
- Two coats of exterior-grade paint
- Trim, fascia, garage doors and shutters
- Plants and hardscape protected
